Project Engineering Manager

The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for coordination between product line engineering teams to ensure successful completion of project activities on-time and on-budget. The PEM will work directly with the Controls Project Manager within the Subsea Projects & Services Team.<br><br><b>About The Team</b><br><br>Bringing cutting-edge physical and digital technologies together to create oilfield equipment is the beating heart of our work. Devising smarter systems that control and monitor oil and gas extraction, our subsea products and flexible pipe capabilities are industry leading. Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Conducting detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan and coordinating COE's engineering activities to achieve overall budgeted hours for all packages<br>Leading regularly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team, whilst Monitoring, and resolving any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve<br></li><li>Issuing and approving manpower needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scope that enters the projects. Manage the cost and the resource plan <br></li><li>Establishing cost analysis based on tasks and milestones and tracking and trending all engineering spending as required and necessary<br></li><li>Monitoring all engineering spending as required and resolve any deviations from the allocated costs within each of the project engineering teams<br></li><li>Tracking schedules beyond engineering deliverables to ensure engineering ownership and supply chain support throughout the production cycle on a part by part basis<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Have Previous experience in positions such as testing, project engineering, system engineering, project management or process improvements<br></li><li>Have established experience working in a Project Management or Project Engineering Management capactiy.<br></li><li>Possess deep analytical experience and the ability to use analytical tools to aid & enhance product/offering development<br> <br></li></ul><br><b>Flexible Working<br>The following flexible working options are available for this role</b><br><ul><li>Working remotely from home or any other work location<br></li><li>Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit in everything in and work when you are the most productive<br></li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
