<b>Logistics Specialist (Operations support Coordinator)</b><br><br><b>Do you like collaborating across teams to deliver success for customers?</b><br><br><b>Are you passionate about Logistics?</b><br><br><b>Join our Team!</b><br><br>Baker Hughes offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will assist with the management of transportation and related logistics of goods to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.<br><br>As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Liaising with LSTK rig supervisors on a daily basis to understand required logistics support, equipment, services as per operation look ahead and plan accordingly.<br></li><li>Reviewing Drilling program to identify each well type, forecast requirements of casing accessories, equipment and services and ensure timely delivery at site.<br></li><li>Planning logistics to get the Rig with necessary requirements before well SPUD <br></li><li>Ensuring all 3rd party tools are prepared as per required sizes / connections specified in the drilling program.<br></li><li>Ensuring all DVs are made up by service provider prior sending Rig site.<br></li><li>Coordinating deliveries to job sites.<br></li><li>Offering HSE team support in all their purchase requests and orders<br></li></ul><ul><li>Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.<br></li><li>Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.<br></li><li>Applying lean concepts, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements.<br></li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college<br></li><li>Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
