Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Dec 14 2022 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities 職務の目的 Clinical Research Associate（CRA） GSKが実施する「臨床試験（治験）および臨床研究」（以下、試験と記載する）が、各医療機関にて以下の規制／ルールに則り適切に実施されていることをモニタリングする。 ICH GCP、国内関連法規およびJGCP GSKにて承認された実施計画書を含む各種手順 GSKが定める標準業務手順書 積極的に社内および各医療機関と協力し、設定されたマイルストーン（試験の立ち上げ、契約および症例登録など）を達成する。 主な業務内容 社内CRA指名のためのトレーニング受講 試験実施のために必要な社内・社外関係者との面会および適切なコミュニケーション 実施医療機関の選定調査 実施医療機関立ち上げ業務 実施医療機関関係者（医師、CRC、事務局、検査技師等）への実施計画書を含む各種手順書の説明 実施医療機関関係者への必要なトレーニングの実施 実施医療機関が求めるIRB/EC関連書類の作成・提出 実施医療機関との契約に伴う協議および契約締結業務 実施医療機関へ搬入した医薬品（治験薬含む）および資材の搬入および確認 実施医療機関におけるモニタリングおよび症例登録促進業務 設定された頻度でのSDVおよびSDRの実施 試験参加者に発生した有害事象の適切な報告およびその確認 必要な安全性情報の施設への伝達 実施医療機関へ搬入した医薬品（治験薬含む）および資材が適切に管理（必要に応じ回収）されているのかの確認 実施医療機関関係者が必要なトレーニングを受講し、試験実施に必要な法規制および各種手順を理解していることの確認 試験によって得られたデータの症例報告書への適切な記入およびその確認 モニタリング業務によって得られた情報の適切な報告（モニタリング報告書作成および必要なトラッキングシステムへの入力） 社内および実施医療機関と協力し、担当医療機関における各種マイルストーンの達成 実施医療機関に対する規制当局による調査および社内監査の対応 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill CRAとして実施医療機関をモニタリングするために必要な以下の知識・能力： ICH GCP、国内関連法規およびJGCPの理解 実施医療機関関係者と良好な関係を構築できる能力 実施計画書および関連手順を理解し、社内外関係者へ説明する能力 積極的に実施医療機関の医師とコミュニケーションできる能力 社内外（国内外）の関係者と良好な関係性を構築し、円滑に業務に取り組める能力 自己マネージメントスキル（業務・目標管理およびリスク管理） 日本全国の医療機関に訪問可能なこと CRAとしての業務だけでなく、医薬品開発の他業務（計画立案、申請資料作成等）に興味を持ち、積極的に学ぶ能力 経験 Experience CRAとしてのモニタリング業務の経験（5年以上）、若しくは同等の経験 CRAとしての全般的なモニタリング業務の経験 実施医療機関の選定調査 主担当としての実施医療機関の立ち上げ業務・症例登録およびクロージング業務 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language 海外とのCommunicationができる（メール及びTC等でのCommunication） 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill マネージメントスキル（メンバーの業務管理、メンバーの指導） 経験 Experience 大学病院またはがん専門病院でのCRAとしてのモニタリング業務 実施計画書および手順作成に関する業務 免疫・炎症疾患及びオンコロジー分野での業務 実施医療機関に対する規制当局による調査対応 GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
