For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. As a site trainer you will build site competency to ensure a safe, trained and capable workforce through sustainable skills development. This is a days-based site trainer role. Responsibilities Identify training needs and gaps and develop appropriate training solutions for site. Deliver engaging, effective and technically competent training packages. Measure the effectiveness of training programs and escalate areas for improvement. ‘Maintain the Standard' via continuous development of training, as a result of problem solving. Support Benchmax governance for the build and accuracy of curriculums. Ensure compliance to Benchmax, as a training compliance measuring system. Coordinate new starter inductions. Deliver coaching and problem solving training and provide coaching and problem solving support for site. Qualifications Lead by example and act as a role model through modelling the PepsiCo Values. Facilitate training sessions. Coaching skills. Communicating with others (verbal and written). Ability to influence others. Evaluating training needs. Understanding of the importance of the KPI scorecard and QCDM Why PepsiCo?
