Job responsibilities: Support management to oversee frozen product production and repacking operations to achieve all key performance indicators which including but not limited to overall production scheduling, material planning, logistics and achieving cost objectives Support management on planning for optimal resource utilization and operational efficiency to minimize costs and maximize capacity Coordinate with cross-functions to drive innovation and continuous improvement projects Ensure human & food safety and meet the requirements of ISO22000 Identify key priorities, corrective actions and maintain ISO22000 standard Job requirements: Minimum of 7 years food manufacturing experience Minimum of 3 years at managerial level and leading manufacturing workforce Experience in Lean manufacturing Knowledge of HACCP and ISO22000 Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency, good interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn and driving change Fluent in English and Mandarin SAP and engineering knowledge is advantage COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
