Join us and make a difference. 概要 (High-level description; including team/individual management responsibility) The Strategic Program Management (SPM) office acts as the chief of staff to the Japan GM, to manage and drive priority cross-company initiatives, and ensure alignment and transparency across key stakeholders including our global counterparts We are looking to hire a seasoned project manager who can think top-down from a management perspective to design project approaches and define strategies, while also dynamically lead and influence a large number of internal stakeholders to reach alignment and decision making. A deep understanding and appreciation of combining strategic planning and tactical implementation is a key success factor. This role will provide an opportunity to work directly with the Japan GM, and a majority of the Japan Leadership Team (JLT) across multiple topics. On top, there will be opportunities to work with global stakeholders in HQ, depending on the project opportunity.
