IWS Project Manager

Would you like to be part of a team delivering world class service to our customers? <br><br><b>Join our Integrated Well Services team</b><br><br>Our Integrated Well Services (IWS) team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The IWS Project Manager leads the overall projects performance for an assigned area. Responsible for P&L and Service Delivery for the projects in assigned area. Direct leader of the project team and responsible to drive horizontal alignment across projects, functions, product lines and product companies. Manage appropriate resource mix to enable service delivery excellence in the area Monitors KPI's for deviations and performs project and rig performance assessments. Works in close collaboration with the various product lines and Service Delivery Technical managers within the region to drive; on-time delivery, consistency, execution excellence, clear communication and seamless resource planning while maximizing the revenue, cost, and cash collection across the projects. The position reports to the regional IWS Leader and will engage significantly with the IWS Service delivery organization.<br><br>This is a high-profile position with full business ownership, P&L responsibility, accountability and decision making.<br><br>As an Project Manager - IWS, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Leads all elements (BH products and services, contracted parties, Client interface) of the project, safely and efficiently towards increasing profitability through On Time Delivery, Performance Improvement, and Incremental Revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or services. <br><br> &bull; Directly manages the core Project Management Team, and indirectly all other Project assigned personnel. <br><br> &bull; Manages multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs in often complex contractual arrangements. <br><br> &bull; Manages the Project Schedule at the top level and applies solutions to both leading and lagging situations, unforeseen and predicted. <br><br> &bull; Applies Company and specific group (IWS) Management System processes and procedures across the project, as well as any mandated software solutions. <br><br> &bull; Utilizes Project Management Methodology (PMBoK) in daily working practice, additionally encouraging team members by example. <br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line <br><br> &bull; 5+ years of relevant oil & gas project management related to integrated well services <br><br> &bull; Requirement to attain IWS Competence Qualifications, and to be registered in BH PM Academy. <br><br>Desired Characteristics: <br><br> &bull; PMP Certification. <br><br> &bull; Previous experience with an Operator and/or Products & Services additional to BKR OFS. <br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
