<p>We are currently looking for an experienced People Partner to work closely with our key stakeholders and provide efficient, effective and innovative People Partnering services across our organisation.  A key member of the People Team, you will support the following core objectives:</p>
<ul>
<li>delivery of the People Plan with a focus on driving change and continual organisational improvement and development.</li>
<li>provide advice, support and guidance to enable our workforce to successfully achieve our recently refreshed strategic goals.</li>
</ul>
<p>Confident in making robust decisions, you will collaborate with staff at all levels and your excellent interpersonal skills will be key to your success. In addition, you will be results-focussed, analytical and able to reflect, learn and provide strong guidance.</p>
