<p>We have a fixed term opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Policy team. The team works on a range of topics, from tracking the performance of the NHS and social care services, to understanding what policies are needed to improve services, improve health and narrow inequalities. Projects range from rapid responsive work to longer term, multi-year research and fellowship projects both in the UK and internationally.</p>
<p>This is a vital role in the team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Policy, you will be responsible for tracking progress of internal and external projects and progress on the Business plan including finance, budget, and forecasting.</p>
<p>The post holder will be responsible for supporting the central operations process and systems changes within the organisation. The successful candidate will possess an ethos for continual improvement and is expected to make suggestions that support improvements within the Policy team and the organisation.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all external commissioning and approval routes for funded projects within the team, ensuring continued compliance with internal policies and procedures.</p>
