<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Mountview is one of the UK’s leading drama schools. We offer professional vocational training at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate level in performance and production arts, alongside evening, weekend and holiday classes for all.</p>
<p>We present around 25 productions across the year including classic plays, new writing and musicals, and our studios, meeting rooms, theatres and workspaces are available to hire.</p>

<p><b>DEVELOPMENT & ALUMNI RELATIONS ASSISTANT</b></p>
<p>Mountview’s development team oversees fundraising and alumni relations activity, with a focus on access, excellence and innovation. After the successful £6.5m campaign to build our Peckham home, Mountview has increased investment in its development team, and has set ambitious yet achievable income and engagement targets which will underpin Mountview’s exciting institutional plans.</p>
<p>The Development & Alumni Relations Assistant is a key member of the team, supporting activity designed to cultivate and steward supporters and alumni, and providing vital administrative support across the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in theatre and fundraising, with a broad-ranging role encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, events and administration. You will work across all forms of fundraising – individuals, trusts, corporates and statutory funders – and take a hands-on role with our Alumni Network, engaging and cultivating relationships with alumni working throughout the West End, nationally and internationally.</p>
<p>SALARY: Circa £26K per annum, depending on experience</p>
