<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><strong>Marketing Officer (Individual Giving)</strong><br /><strong>Health Charity, Central London</strong><br /><strong>£24,000 - £28,0000</strong><br /><br />Charity People are delighted to be working with a leading and highly respected Charity who do great work to eradicate cancer. They are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Officer to support their Fundraising Team through managing supporter recruitment, development and retention programmes. You will get involved with the management of supporter-centric fundraising appeals, which may recruit, retain or develop supporters. These appeals will include utilising online and offline channels such as TV adverts, paid social advertising, SMS, email, private sites and direct mail.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br /><br />An exciting, creative and varied role, you will also get involved with coordinating the response handling and analysing direct marketing campaigns. This role comes with writing emotive copy for appeals, creating artwork for agencies and sending out thank you letters. Furthermore, you will help develop customer needs and expectations to develop supporter relationships and brief suppliers and agencies on direct marketing campaigns.<br /><br /><strong>The Candidate</strong><br /><br />We are looking for someone who has experience working within a marketing or fundraising role. We will also welcome applications for the commercial sector. You should have experience of managing marketing campaigns such as direct mail, email and social media. In addtion to this, you must have an ability to confidently manage multiple projects concurrently, have strong organisation, prioritisation and evaluation skills, be able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently and be able to develop and maintain effective and collaborative internal and external relationships.<br /><br />Charity People are managing all applications for this role; interested applicants should send their CV in the first instance.<br /><br /><br />Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
