Test Pack Coordinator

<p>Role Description<br />
Mission<br />
? Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring,<br />
as defined in the project plans and schedules. Coordinate the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering<br />
departments. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly<br />
carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame<br />
Tasks<br />
? Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected<br />
? Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements<br />
? Prepare test packs execution schedule in acco rdance with construction and commissioning requirements<br />
? Set up the proper tools to control the test packs flow and achieve the progressive completion of piping system. Interface<br />
with the construction team (mechanical, welding, i nstrumentation) and with the engineering and quality site team<br />
? Steer daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities<br />
? Provide reports on progress of work and statistical data<br />
? Coordinate the walkthroughs in order to finalize test packs and reinstatements, producing quality certificates<br />
? Manage the test packs flow with the Client<br />
? Manage the punch list close-out with internal organization and Client</p>
