At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Senior Project Manager </b>within <b> SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - Banque Eni S.A. </b> in <b>Brussels, Belgium.</b> You will be responsible for preparing support documentation to assist the ICT Manager in meetings with the Management Committee.<br />

<b>As a member of </b> <b>the ICT Team at </b> <b> SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - Banque Eni S.A. </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> :</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Carrying out the functional analysis of new projects through meetings with the Business and using its background of knowledge of the sector.</li>
<li>Following the evolution of the financial context and proactively suggests new development projects to the business.</li>
<li>Manging a large projects portfolio (140 projects/year).</li>
<li>Setting up and reviewing, when necessary, in collaboration with the ICT Manager, the applications development priorities.</li>
<li>Keeping a &quot;project book&quot; on the progress of development activities, and extracts a project monitoring report on a weekly basis for the ICT Manager.</li>
<li>Managing the Capacity planning of the development structure for a two-month minimum period.</li>
<li>Organizing project-monitoring meetings, on a weekly basis with the development team, and monthly with the whole IT team.</li>
<li>Discussing with the ICT Manager and the system architect the planning of longer-term multidisciplinary projects and assists the ICT Manager in their management.</li>
<li>Preparing, verifying, and filling out project documentation, and archives it in accordance with Eni Group, SOX and FSMA standards and requirements.</li>
<li>Guaranteeing the availability of IT systems and services based on Microsoft products in a VMware environment through the following activities: installation,</li>
<li>Managing maintaining and updating of servers and clients, on the production site and the fallback.</li>
<li>Ensuring efficient assistance in compliance with SLAs to internal users and customers as well as the support of colleagues in the department in their own areas of expertise, by developing skills in the areas of colleagues to replace them if necessary.</li>
<li>P articipating in the qualitative analysis of new products and services offered by the market.</li>
<li>Proposing new technologies that can improve management or reduce costs.</li>
<li>Following the daily operation in the Windows and VMware domain</li>
</ul>

<li>Master&
39;s or bachelor&
39;s degree in computer science</li>
<li>Previous experience in the same field</li>
<li>Good knowledge of technologies: Virtualisation VMware, vSphere, VCenter, SRM, VDI, Windows Servers, Active Directory, DC, IIS, SCCM, MCSC, WSUS;</li>
<li>Tools: McAfee ePO, PowerShell, VBScript, batch....</li>
<li>Network technologies.</li>
<li>Linux/Unix;</li>
<li>Involvement, team spirit, responsiveness, organization, and rigor are key factors of its success, combined with ease of human contact.</li>
<li>Knowledge of French and English is necessary. Fluent Knowledge of Italian is required.</li>
