Testing Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Supervises the Test Engineering team consisting of Engineers and technicians. Manages the development, implementation and maintenance, calibration of test equipment for manufacturing of products to achieve cost effectiveness and product quality. Responsible in meeting test engineering department Test yield target, test equipment utilization. Provides detailed analysis on test report and acts on test problem encountered accordingly. Works closely with production and planning people to ensure meeting the required delivery schedules. Coordinates and work closely with product development teams to ensure design for testability of new products. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor in related field from high reputable universities – preferred Proven experience as a Testing Manager or similar position Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Leadership and organizational abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude Flexibility to work in shifts BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus. Excellent command of English language (oral and written). Able to train, coach and develop team members.
