<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Plan, coordinate and supervise the daily operation and maintenance of soft landscape and Irrigation system at Mesaieed Industrial City to ensure reliable and safe operation of irrigation system as well as to ensure healthy condition and growth of the soft landscaping areas line with the QATARENERGY standards, policies, procedures and prevailing best practices.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelor&
39;s degree in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture or its equivalent.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in landscape and irrigation maintenance and supervision, design &amp; construction including considerable experience in landscape architecture design of commercial, residential, public parks, roadway beautification and management of hard and soft landscaping projects. &bull; Conversant with up to date landscape and irrigation techniques. &bull; Incumbent shall be able to read and understand Engineering drawings. Knowledge of automated irrigation system and its controller is an added advantage. &bull; Strong technical and scientific background to analyse and interpret pertinent data and documentation to prepare technical reports as well as to communicate with specialized consultant and governmental authorities. &bull; Experience in promoting behaviour based HSE Culture &bull; Knowledge of applicable standards and best practices related to landscape and irrigation. &bull; Computer literate is essential. &bull; Excellent written and spoken English<br />
