<br />
Service Delivery Coordinator works with the Field Specialists within the Completions &amp; Wellbore product line. This role focuses on the coordination of field service personnel and ensures flawless execution to our customers.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion</li>
<li>Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives</li>
<li>Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in Indonesia to ensure successful completion</li>
<li>Support sales team in response to customer enquiries</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a Diploma Degree with relevant experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years working experience</li>
<li>Demonstrate solid experience in Wellbore Interventions</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English</li>
<li>Have good team working and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams</li>
