This role is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of services to the customer. It is the responsibility of the Billing Specialist to adhere to standard Baker Hughes OFS billing &amp; collection processes.<br />
<br />
As a Services Specialist - Customer Operations, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring the billing invoices are successfully transmitted on time and monitoring invoice tracking reports for Kuwait Customers.</li>
<li>Creating credit memos and concessions to resolve customer issues</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for the execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements.</li>
<li>Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data, as well as maintaining SAP job data entries.</li>
<li>Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering them correctly into the system</li>
<li>Verifying customer information, maintaining related files, and assisting in the preparation of reports.</li>
<li>Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing.</li>
<li>Training, cross-training, and mentoring of new and experienced billers.</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a bachelor&
39;s or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)</li>
<li>Have compelling oral, and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems</li>
</ul>
