<b> Energy Transition Director - Indonesia </b><br><br><b> Would you like the opportunity to work in a dynamic role, responsible for market growth? </b><br><b> Would you like to shape our sales strategy? </b><br><br><b> Be part of a successful team </b><br>Our team contributes to Key Accounts growth and profitable market share expansion through the direct involvement with activities such as key growth opportunity identification, development of tendering strategies and contract negotiation, linking Account to overall business objectives and strategy by gaining a deep understanding of customer's strategic objectives.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br>To support and lead Baker Hughes business development and positioning in Indonesia related to the Energy Transition including the following key elements<br><br>As an Energy Transition Director, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Understanding and documenting the Indonesian position on Net Zero, and outlined strategies, support and strategic agreements the Indonesian government have developed,</li><li>Involving in Stakeholder identification in both public and private sectors, looking at funding and financial support</li><li>Identifying key opportunities for Hydrogen, Geothermal and CCUS</li><li>Understanding key segments, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Cement, Mining, Petrochemical, consumer industrial</li><li>Outlining key projects, how they will be developed and outline Baker Hughes position</li><li>Identifying key partnerships with customers and industry collaboration to differentiate Baker Hughes</li><li>Involving in Position Baker Hughes technology portfolio, assess emerging technology to be adopted</li><li>Incubating, growing and establishing key partnerships to compliment the Baker Hughes technology portfolio and engage differentiated commercial models</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college</li><li>Have 10+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 5+ years in a customer-facing role</li><li>Have Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
