Manage the Transfer price campaign by involving all stakeholders and prepare the DVC worked hours that contribute to product cost definition. Drive DT reduction inside the plant. Support and assit Methods engineer to deploy the Ergonomy standards across all production lines. Yearly review of time standards and maintain the database & prepare the headcount needs for the factory. Qualifications Fluency in English is a must! Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, MTM equinoxe and SMB2; Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment; Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach; Experience in process improvement, lean implementation .
