Business Systems Support - F&A

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting a F&A Business Systems Support Specialist responsible for providing functional support for business systems applications activity. The objective of the role is to ensure the business is provided with high quality support specifically related to all F&A data activities in ERP implementations. <br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br><ul><li> Key role in the development of the data migration strategy </li><li> Work with the business to ensure that all data is cleansed, mapped and delivered to given timelines </li><li> Work with the project team to ensure all data is in Oracle for SIT, UAT and Go live </li><li> Ensure all data is reconciled and signed off by the business </li><li> Support the project team in delivery of key milestones during project implementation </li><li> Work with the business to collate all required F&A data for project implementation </li><li> Provide guidance and support to the business in relation to data requirements </li><li> Understand impacts of data on other ERP modules and third-party systems and be able to provide guidance </li><li> Maintain close working relationships with all functional areas in relation to system processes </li><li> Work with end-users to resolve problems, address functional issues, and provide guidance in the use of systems </li><li> Support business readiness and training </li><li> Creation and maintenance of system processes and guidance material </li><li> Work with BAU and Project teams in developing and testing configuration changes </li><li> Assist with production of test scripts and support testing processes </li><li> Assist with system build where appropriate </li><li> Provide information, insight, and support to the project team where input is required - such as training, testing and communications </li><li> Develop, create and maintain data auditing processes and schedules with a focus to mitigating risks associated with data integrity and improving data integrity performance </li><li> Assist with the testing of patches, upgrades, enhancements and deployments </li><li> Work with Reporting stream to ensure a robust data audit solution is available for use </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b> Qualifications: </b><br><ul><li> Graduate level or relevant recent experience </li><li> Reporting application hands on experience of various reporting applications e.g. Excel and Oracle, not essential but would be beneficial </li></ul><br><br><b> Knowledge, Skills and Experience: </b><br><ul><li> An understanding of ERP/IT projects </li><li> Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyse data effectively from multiple systems </li><li> Evidence of achieving challenging performance targets </li><li> Experience of working with minimal supervision to deliver and meet project deadlines </li></ul><br><br><b> Personal Attributes: </b><br><ul><li> Able to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams on regional and global levels.
