We will deepen and strengthen customer relationships by bringing together our products and services, offering more comprehensive solutions aligned to their evolving needs.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs.<br><br><b>As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Completions and Well Intervention), you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.<br></li><li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars, ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.<br></li><li>Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.<br></li><li>Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.<br></li><li>Acting as a primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and closeout, and as such, managing the relationship to ensure business success for BAKER HUGHES. Be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC/escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is a risk of not achieving the clients' objectives (examples: clients asking for BAKER HUGHES to operate outside of product specifications, client asking BAKER HUGHES to execute work in a way that is not aligned with the BAKER HUGHES' SOP...).<br></li><li>Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.<br></li><li>Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) with +7 years of experience in Cased Hole and Intelligent Production Systems in Deepwater applications.<br></li><li>Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours<br></li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<br></li><li>Thorough mechanical and application proficiency in Baker Hughes DW Subsurface Safety Systems and associated equipment, Intelligent Production Systems such as Production Gauges, Chemical Injection Equipment and Spooling Operations.<br></li><li>Thorough knowledge of Baker Hughes Workshop Process for equipment and Managing the Job Cycle Process (eMtJC)<br></li><li>Ability to travel<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics:</b><br><ul><li>Have overall knowledge of Baker Hughes' Completion and Wellbore Intervention products and methods.<br></li><li>Have excellent speaking, written and presentation experience.<br></li><li>Have solid analytical problem-solving skills.<br></li><li>Have Expertise knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS Visio.<br></li><li>Have interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.<br></li><li>Have the ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines.<br></li><li>Have proven leadership capabilities.<br></li></ul><br><br>As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
