GEAR is an existing DoD technology asset designed to support Geographic Information System (GIS)-enabled Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). GEAR aggregates, organizes, analyzes, visualizes, and shares data from multifaceted sources within a common, collaborative geo-centric platform for the purposes of breaking complex decision problems into smaller more manageable decision models and sub-models for enriched analysis, investigation, and interrogation. Responsibilities Work you’ll do   As a Tester/Technical Writer within our Geocentric Environment for Analysis and Reasoning (GEARS) team, you will:  Document test procedures and plans and conduct system testing and requirements verification. Support testing and development teams in the understanding of requirements. Test analysis workflow associated with each technology asset. Ensure functional and technical requirements are met through system testing, regression testing, performance testing, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BS degree in a related field High school diploma and additional education, certification, training, or work experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree 4+ years of related experience Secret clearance required The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience executing and reporting on the results of test execution Experience with user acceptance testing and regression testing Advanced skills in problem-solving Experience working with technical teams to develop and deliver technical documentation and SOP development.
