The Business Support Director is a critical leadership role within a newly created team responsible for process innovation and continuous improvement across the project execution community. It will play an important role in driving a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of change methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. Working with program leads, people managers, and functional teams the Business Support Director will develop tools, processes, and best practices for business processes and Service level agreements in support of project execution.<br />

As a Business Support Director , you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Possessing significant experience in project delivery using Oracle / SAP / P6 and driving efficiency within the systems. Identifying opportunities for system improvements to drive out process inefficiencies with project delivery.</li>
<li>Supporting Oracle best practice and Product Lifecycle activities to include Master Data Management, Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; Project closure/End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by key activities in each of these areas.</li>
<li>Identifying and delivering service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodology, simplifying and removing unnecessary complexity through the application of innovative thinking.</li>
<li>Taking ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.</li>
<li>Drawing out requirements and driving process change using staff interview, data analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business workflow and process analysis.</li>
<li>Ensuring business value realisation is an intrinsic part of the service improvement process, identifying the initial business case, tracking the realisation of these through the project lifecycle and undertaking a post implementation review to ensure these are realised and sustainably embedded in the new ways of working.</li>
<li>Working with all stakeholders to develop new support material based on revised process, to include training.</li>
<li>Understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping etc.</li>
<li>Defining, calculating and tracking internal transactional cost with a goal of reducing this to the lowest practical level.</li>
<li>Ensuring full alignment of milestone objectives with revenue targets to meet customer and internal project expectations.</li>
<li>Developing, building, and deploying a team to execute &
39;final mile&
39; project closure to allow project resource to be redeployed to other demands at earliest opportunity. This team will close out Project Management, Cost and Progress Management, Logistics, Vendor Management, Communications, Reporting, Documentation, and Financial Management streams to ensure full and final project closure.</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.</li>
<li>Have significant experience working in a Project delivery role with strong knowledge of project ERP systems and improving system efficiencies.</li>
<li>Have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix organisation.</li>
<li>Have experience based knowledge of relevant business operations processes and ability to navigate business operations support functions.</li>
<li>Be able to act as an influential and enthusiastic leader, able to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills.</li>
<li>Have excellent project management skill and in PM tools (excel, project management tool, smart sheet, etc.)</li>
<li>Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP.</li>
