39;s Business Solutions, this opportunity is for a Senior Manager, sitting within the People Solutions Talent Acquisition (TA) team. As a Senior Manager, you’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team leading on projects and performance aspects of the overall talent acquisition strategy and analyse trends across the total talent function. You will work closely with the other Senior Managers across the Experienced, Early Careers, Contingent and Global Mobility teams, ensuring the various strategies are aligned to the overall People Solutions strategy and supporting our firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving innovation in our award winning function - for spotting the opportunities to improve, create, evolve and embed new ways of working, technology and processes to enhance the commerciality of our team and the people experience for our team, clients and candidates. They will be a role-model for the team, sharing responsibilities with their Senior Manager peers to line manage and career coach our managers and they will take ownership of escalations as required. Above all, they’ll understand and be passionate about the value of team and what we can create together. They will play a key role in our senior leadership team, coaching and developing the next generation of recruiters.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Role requirements:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to use a data led approach to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify where interventions are required. Able to provide management information to the business and recruitment line of service (LoS) leaders to support workforce planning.</p></li><li><p>Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of recruitment analytics to the business and provide insights into how to use them, solve business requirements, deliver results and drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the heads of Talent Acquisition, Finance and Recruitment Operations teams in order to ensure a seamless execution of transformation.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the LoS recruitment leads to design and implement improved, creative and effective recruitment strategies and processes and ensure alignment to include the use of technology.</p></li><li><p>Establish regular reporting detailing TA performance, metrics and expected performance levels.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with TA heads to review data trends and take measures that support continuous improvement and ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded.</p></li><li><p>Ability to successfully manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships and able to demonstrate the benefit of network and relationships to understand business needs and ensure we are deriving commercial value from our programmes and partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Sensitive to Risk Management, with experience of dealing with escalations, working closely with our colleagues in ERPA and HC to find the right support and solutions.</p></li><li><p>Able to engage and motivate a large, location agnostic team to execute a successful recruitment strategy.</p></li><li><p>A team player - who can demonstrate that people are the real asset of their team.</p></li><li><p>Provide coaching and mentoring for recruitment managers to assist with building a high calibre team with the skills and capabilities needed to deliver the required results </p></li><li><p>Support the recruitment team and serve as a role model for living the PwC values and influencing others to do the same, enhancing impact by seeking constructive feedback and offering quality feedback that has significantly supported the development of others around you.</p></li><li><p>Takes responsibility to implement a team&
