Associate Reporting and Analytics Manager

Site Name: China - Shanghai - Pudong - New Bund International Square Posted Date: Dec 12 2022 Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责: Build scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework to help business team to find target customers and their effective product portfolios, increase sales leads volume and increase traffic capture rate. Provide business insights to business team and present performance report. Collect related data from different channels (e.g., OPA, i-Engage, WeChat, CRM etc.), and incorporate the data collected from BU into the analysis, ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of those data. Find out the major problems by effective data mining, get business-related conclusion and make report forms that meet the requirements of BPs. Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools, and analytical support to the business team on territory management follow guidance to special case. Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures. Build real time dashboards/reports to track business performance, and report-out to business owners. Create & complete current data analytics framework effectiveness & datasets via stakeholder interviews and industry benchmark to provide sophisticated recommendation in creating future comprehensive analytics framework. Specialized Knowledge 专业知识: Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related majors. 3+ years of experience in market research, business analytics & insights or related fields in healthcare industry. Fluent in SQL and Excel; experienced with Python, Power BI, and interests in Data Science would be preferred. Strong strategic thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent business acumen to identify business opportunities and solutions to business issues, and articulate multiple elements into whole perspective. Strong communication skills across different function teams & departments, attaining endorsement and support on collaboration. Solid team mentality with collaborative mindset.
