The Lab Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of lab engineers, scientists and technicians in the development, implementation and completion of testing requirements to meet our internal/external client&
39;s needs.<br />
<br />
<b>As a Lab Supervisor and Formation Damage - Subject Material Expert (SME), you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Translating users&
39; needs into the definition of a system, its architecture and design through an iterative process that results in an effective operational system and demands an interdisciplinary approach in Oil &amp; Gas sector.</li>
<li>Executing complex standard analyses, tests and support work- special need to be an expert in Formation Damage experiments</li>
<li>Developing operational plan for the own department.</li>
<li>Customizing projects to client needs.</li>
<li>Conveying technical information of lab experiments both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.</li>
<li>Having a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.</li>
</ul>

<b>To be successful in this role you will:</b></p>

<li>Have a bachelor&
39;s degree or a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent level of education.</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Laboratory environment associate with oil and gas industry.</li>
<li>Have a minimum of 5 years of experience acting as a leader.</li>
</ul>
