<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Marketing for a national charity. The main purpose of this role is to provide vision and leadership to an evolving finance function in a dynamic growing organisation whilst also delivering excellent financial and management accounting services to the organisation.</p>
<p>As the Head of Finance, you will report in to the CEO who is accountable for the business strategy and the Head of Operations. This role will produce and present quarterly board reports commenting on financial performance and variance from forecast, identify financial risks and support SLT members to calculate financial implications of other business risk and relative mitigation strategies and lead the SLT to review and provide commentary to monthly management accounts</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience and be a strategic thinker, able to make sense of and distil complex information. You will also be a strong team player with a supportive and enabling approach to working with colleagues.</p>
