We have an exciting opportunity for an analytical and collaborative person to join the team as a Services Offer Marketing Manager in our Field Services division. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. You will be the primary interface between commercial organisations and the line of business, and you will work closely with the sales, marketing and technical support teams to prioritise product and customer requirements. Additionally, you will use your marketing and data analysis skills to help us grow. You will be responsible for analysing data to identify opportunities and developing strategies based on your findings - Services Offer Marketing Manager – Digital IOT You will be part of our Field Services team, where we provide a wide range of services, from commissioning and start-up to maintenance and repair. Our services also include energy management and green technology, which help large organisations improve their power efficiency. Thanks to our digital solutions, technology, and services, we've helped our customers save over 130 million tons of carbon emissions. Responsibilities Confirm or reformulate existing strategies and identify new market segments, channels and/or business models Identify and analyse the market size, structure and important changes within relevant business models Increasing the profitability of existing products and to develop new products/services for the offer, whilst maximising channel conversion Communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling process Understand Global Offer Manager proposals and how we can utilise these locally, including localisation needs Monitor product life cycle: growth, decline and general performance Assist the sales team in achieving their targets Ideal Candidate Marketing or Electrical Engineering degree is strongly recommended You are energised by the idea of helping us define how we can continue to lead the market with innovative solutions You are focused, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about the work that you do Strong understanding of the electrical industry, power utilities, mining, transportation and/or heavy industries Excellent communication and analytical skills Proven record in product innovation and implementing change Understanding of Digital OT protocols and architecture Sound data analysis skills What’s in It for You?
