Lead of Package Engineering COMP 2<br><br><b>Job Description Highlights:</b><br><ul><li>Responsible for conducting all aspects of Package Equipment design, equipment, technical evaluation and execution definition, tendering of future EPC, Support of EPCs, Detailed design, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Start-up as required. </li><li>Ensures technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) developed during LLI and EPCs fully comply with project deliverables and through effective collaborations and interfaces with contractor, Qatargas and Shareholders to ensure the Mechanical equipment and equipment scope of supply is fully integrated and optimised.</li><li>Responsible for the technical engagement with Supply Department and Long Lead Equipment OEMs and Vendors during bid clarifications and technical evaluation, award of LLEs though EPC novation.</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years' Engineering experience with detailed knowledge of Mechanical Engineering with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years' experience in Oil and Gas</li><li>Minimum of 5 years is similar roles such as Package Management on both static and rotating equipment</li><li>Major Project (>$100M) experience</li></ul><br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
