As a Quality Compliance Engineer, you will be the point of contact of the department with the site on all points of compliance; includes different actions with the Group, and will be responsible for ensuring that all activities and processes of the department comply with EHS, Quality, business and regulatory requirements. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Responsible for the compliance of all activities and processes of the department with internal, external and regulatory requirements (Engineering Policy, GES, SOP) Responsible for the compliance of all documents required by the requirements, ensuring their approval and archiving in the appropriate places. Responsible for the various analyses, investigation reports, deviations, audit ... etc. are done according to standard and on time Responsible for the respect of all EHS, Quality, regulatory and internal and external business commitments of the department among others: CAPA CCF Qualification Alerts (EHS/ENG, Quality, OT) Deviations Audit Formation Responsible for the cascade of departmental priorities in line with the priorities of the site Responsible for establishing effective governance (Daily, weekly monthly, forums...), its progress (with KPIs to date) and its review (as a result of review of: priorities, AAR, ...) Perform other tasks defined by the line manager Responsible for the timely conduct of internal audits Responsible for preparing and achieving TP13 audit objectives. Provide technical support in any new equipment introduction and change. Provide details about any scope data relevant to the role, for example. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Mechanical, electrical, electromechanical or equivalent). Minimum 3 Years of experience in similar role, preferably 1 – 3 years working experience withing pharmaceutical industry. Good command of English French and computer skills. Strong prioritization and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of Lean Management Why GSK?
