Roles & Responsibilities: Successful business change project/programme delivery in line with the defined success criteria and set goals Effective and consistent project/programme communications and reporting to business and IT stakeholders Manage both onshore and offshore teams Responsible for change delivery on ServiceNow application Smooth change deployment and handover to operations, driving quality and compliance Successful adoption of the solution, ensuring appropriate roll-out strategy and engagement Adherence to the client's PMO reporting and project governance standards Mandatory Skills Must have had experience of successful delivery of large and complex projects (in financial services, insurance experience would be an added advantage) Strong stakeholder management skills Experience of managing Third parties Able to operate in a technically challenging environment Strong experience in managing risks, issues and dependencies Proven background of working on ServiceNow projects This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, other duties will be included and will be determined dependent on the project type, landscape, context and project lifecycle, and specifically on customer and project needs Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.
