N Position Type Non-Management Chef de Partie - Garum Restaurant by Grossi Guy Grossi’s GARUM is an inspiration of ancient Roman cooking, traditions and culture with contemporary consideration bringing a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie with a focus on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences in a quality driven kitchen with strong technical skills and understanding of Italian food.
