<br><br> Senior Planner, Stavanger<br><br>  <br><br><ul><li>12 month contract role</li><li>Urgent start date</li><li>Must be eligible to live and work in Norway</li><li>Min 3-5 years experience in subsea project planning</li></ul> <br><br>  <br><br> Leap29 are currently looking for a Senior Planner to work for a leading subsea installation client of ours, based in their Stavanger HQ. The Senior Planner must have experience in the subsea installation discipline; specifically projects involving flexible risers and flowlines. The role will allow the applicant to be an integral part of marquee subsea installation contracts on the Norwegian continental shelf.<br><br>  <br><br> Whilst challenging, the client is highly rewarding to work with from both an environment / culture perspective, and from a scope of work point of view also. The client has an impressive order book with regards to 2023 - 2024 projects, and so will be in a position to offer the longer-term contract role with a great scope of extension.<br><br>  <br><br> Duties and responsibilities<br><br>  <br><br><ul><li>Create and maintain project/tender plan, ensure identi?cation of long lead /critical items</li><li>Coordination with the various operations and support units, to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.</li><li>Preparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Management</li><li>Perform project progress monitoring duties, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts, with progress achieved to date.</li><li>Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals, to make sure service is being completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Support the use/integration of project and contract management systems, into the daily operation of the business.</li><li>Work closely with the internal Document System (DS) to ensure that there is an integrated system between the DS and planning functions in projects so that progress is tracked.</li><li>Receive and analyse Daily Progress Reports during offshore execution</li></ul> <br><br> Qualifications<br><br>  <br><br><ul><li>Educated to College or University degree level in a relevant field</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of the market and competitors (SURF industry) in order to align work with strategic goals.</li><li>3 - 5 years previous experience in a related field or area.</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Project</li><li>Experience from making detailed offshore schedules</li><li>Safran experience also required</li></ul> <br><br> Could this be right for you and your career?<br><br>  <br><br> Feel free to get in touch with Angus McCormick directly at Leap29<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
