Learning & Development Manager – Supply Chain OVERVIEW: The Learning and Development (L&D) Leader Manager, Supply Chain will provide overall L&D leadership in Designing, Developing and deploying L&D strategy for various transformation initiatives in Supply Chain Organization. This role will partner with other L&D Leaders in Supply Chain L&D (SCLD) function in deploying leading edge Learning solutions (Example: Mobile, Micro, Performance Support through AR,VR, Conversational AI, Chatbots, and Workflow learning like Digital Adoption Platforms). This role will partner with SCLD Director, and other L&D functions across the Enterprise to ensure that SCLD is coordinating and implementing learning strategies consistent with Enterprise and SC Initiatives. This role will provide Client facing Leadership to SCLD program leads, ensuring adoption of Learning Impact and Action Mapping Principles, data based decision support for adoption of different approaches to Learning Architecture. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Leadership on Learning Architecture, and Learning strategies to support short term goals and longer term transformation initiatives of different Pillars in Supply Chain Provide L&D expert leadership to advance Technology, Automation and data based decision making capabilities in SC Provide expertise to internal and external resources in adopting learning strategy and standards to implement Learning solutions Partner with other SCLD leaders to create learning experiences that build skills and capabilities in respective pillars, advancing Pillar academies and SC University experiences Lead internal and external surge resources that are dedicated to different transformation efforts providing them with required guidance and priorities for executing the education, content development efforts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required. Must have experience in leading/partnering in development of L&D strategy to accelerate digital/technology transformations Must have expertise in L&D Platforms – LMS, LXP, Mobile platforms, integration of content libraries Must have expertise in Learning methodologies – ADDIE, AGILE, Design Thinking, SAM, Performance Consulting Preferred – Experience in workflow platforms like Whatfix, Walkme, Skyllful, AR, VR, Zaptic Preferred – Expertise in Content authoring platforms, content curation tools The task requires significant resilience, dealing with ambiguity, influencing without authority and a fail forward / test and learn attitude.
