Greet customers. Complete and process necessary reservation information. Write rental contracts, while obtaining and processing credit cards accordingly and attaining customer signatures on rental contracts. Receive and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure optimal customer satisfaction; direct complaints to supervisor as necessary. Receive telephone calls, negotiate rental rates and book, confirm and/or cancel reservations for customers; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take incoming messages. Maintain and update rental agreement files. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned Essential Requirements Knowledge and Skills Capability to sell incremental products. Good interpersonal skills and with the ability to build rapport with customers. Capacity to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations. Professional and courtesy telephone manners. Aptitude to understand and follow oral and written directions. Required Education or Experience High School Diploma or the equivalent. One (1) year of customer sales and service experience. Flexibility to work varied hours. Valid drivers’ license as required by province, with a clear abstract Shifts: Saturday/Sunday/Monday – 3PM to Midnight (Part Time) Vacation Relief Shift – 5 Days (42.5 hours) per week.
