This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company’s growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus. For more information about Bristol Myers Squibb, visit us at BMS.com/ie The Role BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a Senior Specialist, Reliability who will work as part of the Engineering team to work on a wide range of Asset lifecycle and reliability initiatives. This role will cover a varied scope within Asset management & Reliability and will add significant value as the site looks to set up a sustaining Asset Lifecycle process to manage assets into the future. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Key Duties and Responsibilities: The role is part of the Engineering Department and reporting to the Asset lifecycle SME. The Reliability Specialist will have responsibilities including those listed below; Implementation of Asset lifecycle strategy projects as part of ongoing PMO project Build of 3-5 year forecast on asset replacement/Investment End to End Process mapping of the asset lifecycle Definition of asset owner responsibilities and supporting procedures Development of Asset Lifecycle Management Policy/SAMP (strategic Asset Management Plan) and yearly Asset management objectives Assist in Optimisation of SPCO Program for GMP equipment Improvement of Asset data and recording of reliability and obsolescence to feed into asset replacement decision making Assist in Budget build and cost management for asset management dept Support of MPCC Reliability team on reliability issues and continuous improvement of reliability/maintenance processes Develop the use of Bio-G scheduling & SEEQ data analytics software across the Asset mgmt. & Reliability team Development of Asset lifecycle metrics Continuous Improvement of Asset management processes & procedures Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required: The successful candidate must possess at minimum a Level 7 Science/Engineering qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organizational & analytical skills. GMP experience and safety knowledge an advantage. Strong project management skills (i.e. budget tracking, project reporting, etc.). Familiarity with Asset management & Reliability methodologies an advantage. Maximo experience desirable. Demonstrated communication, administrative and leadership skills with ability to work well with other departments, and effectively and efficiently lead in a team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a self-sufficient manner.
