Junior Account Planner - Luxe Portfolio - Hybrid - Toronto, Canada

This role supports the management and execution of optimal inventory levels/ Open To Buy (OTB) for specialty accounts. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) timely replenishment of saleable and non-saleable products, shipment analysis, returns plan and order processing. Requires individual to interface with the Field Selling organization, internal partners and retail accounts. Responsibilities include: Account Stock & Sales Plan Management Partner with Director to negotiate Stock and Sales Plans with Specialty Retailers to achieve Estee Lauder Fiscal Year shipping goals. Update and roll up Stock & Sales Plans for the account Review Programming Side-By-Side Calendar Prep/attend seasonal Planning meetings with Director & Specialty Retailers Product Launch Management Communicate Launch qty/ship/date details with Specialty Retailers Provide specialty retailers product launch set up information Recommend Launch Qty to Specialty Retailer by door for purchase order transmission Perform Launch Reorders Analytics Ensure Collateral is shipped with product launches Replenishment Optimization Manage Replenishment Parameters and support replenishment optimization Shipment Planning & Execution Review with Director monthly shipping plan for each specialty retailer and make necessary adjustments Build weekly ship plans for specialty retailers based on monthly stock & sales plan and refresh weekly/monthly Gather & update monthly Stock & Sales plan for each specialty retailer and review with Director. Analyze, on a monthly basis, sales, receipts, returns against refreshed Stock & Sales plans Review and Analyze Retailer projected Markdowns Order Management & Execution Sales & Inventory Analysis - Door/Sku level to ensure Specialty Retailers order sufficiently Review and update projected weekly orders from retailers Review Out of Stock reports and ensure reorders are placed Recommend/write event orders Create re-order purchase orders in Order Transmitting System for launch re-orders Recommend Opening Order to Retailer for new door openings Recommend parameter changes to retailers based on evaluation of weeks of stock (WOS) Weekly Communications with Retailers (Out of Stocks/Discontinuations/In stock dates etc.) Assortment Management Communicate SRP /SKU edits, timing of disco and return to vendor (RTV) requirements due to new season's assortment Ensure retailers have right SKU/Door set up /Communicate assortments to Specialty Retailer buying offices Manage retailer SKU assortment spreadsheet by door and schematic/segmentation. Inventory Management Review Inventory Discrepancy Report Manage Returns and/or DIF Plan, Manage, Communicate, and Execute Returns of Goods on discontinued items, and post-holiday items New Door Opening Support the new door opening process Support planogram planning for seasonal updates Qualifications Post-secondary Degree/Diploma required 5+ years work experience in a similar capacity Strong analysis/forecasting and math skills Strong attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word Understanding of retail replenishment systems Ability to problem solve and deal with crisis management in a calm and efficient manner Good planning and organizational skills.
