<b>Take ownership for leading customer projects</b><br />
<br />
The Projects Operations Lead will be responsible for leading a team, defining planning, execution process and strategy, Central to this is to ensure projects are fully implemented for execution at contract award and critically define Project Scope review to suggest ideal implementation structure, process and tools alongside localization for specific project/customer needs.<br />
<br />
As a Projects Operations Leader you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Leading a team of planning, forecasting and execution specialists.</li>
<li>Providing and maintaining a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Portfolio.</li>
<li>Tracking financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the agreed budget cross functionally in hours, billings and collection.</li>
<li>Having responsibility for resource planning of all Projects and co-ordination activities with emphasis on processes and tools, milestone gap analysis, action planning and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Simplifying processes and overhead activities where needed.</li>
<li>Formulating and managing the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the tracking of project execution status.</li>
<li>Ensuring full alignment of milestone objectives with revenue targets to meet customer and internal project expectations.</li>
<li>Tracking and reporting performance indicators per Contractual agreements.</li>
<li>Developing, building, and deploying a team to execute &
39;final mile&
39; project closure to allow project resource to be redeployed to other demands at earliest opportunity.</li>
<li>Working with the PMO Leader, ensure communication alignment vehicles are in place (plan/project reviews, knowledge base, audit requirements, project changes).</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification or have significant experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principles (e.g. Prince, APM, PMP, Msc Project Management)</li>
<li>Have a solid background in project management with a provide track record.</li>
<li>Have excellent stakeholder relationship skills that inspire trust and confidence.</li>
<li>Have effective leadership team building skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict.</li>
<li>Have passion for the work, intelligent rigor and professional discipline while running the project.</li>
</ul>
