Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.<br><br><b>Take ownership for leading projects</b><br><br>As an Lead Parts Project Manager you will be responsible for project operations and programs support.<br><br>As an Lead Parts Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Leading direct or indirect support for overall projects operation <br></li><li>Advising functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field. <br></li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems. <br></li><li>Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a BSc in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management/Social Sciences, or relevant professional experience <br></li><li>Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principles (e.g. Prince, APM, PMP) <br></li><li>Have a solid background in project management with a provide track record. <br></li><li>Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies, energy storage and Industrial Power Generation applications. <br></li><li>Have effective leadership team building skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict. <br></li><li>Have passion for the work, intelligent rigor and professional discipline while running the project. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
