You will act as project manager for several simultaneous service projects with a defined scope, reporting to Service Manager. Collaborating with internal cross functional teams, customers, vendors, and 3rd parties.<br><br>As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Preparing accurate quotes, including cost build-up versus margin expectations.<br></li><li>Forecasting and scheduling upcoming business to maximize effectiveness and efficient use of resources.<br></li><li>Executing a variety of projects from start to finish including Repairs, Refurbishment, New Built, Upgrades & re-design of diverse service projects.<br></li><li>Performing project planning, risk review and Lessons Learned sessions.<br></li><li>Managing variation orders.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have experience in a customer facing role.<br></li><li>Have proven project management experience.<br></li><li>Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.<br></li><li>Be structured and organized.<br></li><li>Have the ability to work independently and show initiative.<br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
