工作地點名稱: Belgium-Wavre 刊登日期: Dec 8 2022 The MAM Nucala is the Medical Lead for all indications of Nucala and accountable for the overall medical strategy, currently covering 4 Eosinophilic diseases, Severe asthma, Nasal polyposis, EGPA and HES. In addition, the MAM holds the accountability for achievement of the tactical objectives. The MAM is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the medical plan aligned with the global plans and local strategy in a Cross-functional collaboration with BU head and commercial team. The MAM closely works together with the other MAM/MSE and Medical advisors within the Medical department especially the MSL lead and MSL team and Respiratory MAM as well as Public affairs and Market access. The MAM is the TA medical / scientific expert internally and externally and builds strategic relationships with external experts. Together with the MSLs, the MAM represents GSK externally on the medical / scientific level. You will have impactful discussions / interactions on a regular basis with the external experts and medical societies to answer medical questions, engage with these communities to discuss knowledge and gain insights The MAM is responsible for the development of evidence-based medical scientific materials and meetings (presentations, scientific engagement materials and digital content) in line with the relevant regulations. He/she should also reflect on the country data evidence needs and drive appropriate collaborations eg Cohorts, Real world evidence( RWE) The MAM is fully aware of and has to comply with the legal and GSK requirements (e.g. GSK Code of Practice) This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: You will develop and/or execute medical affairs plan, adherent to the strategy that can include: Lead development of medical plan and roll-out to MSLs Collaborate within the X-functional team Health Care Support Programs (if available) Support scientific discussions of market access related dossiers and develop medical part for reimbursement file, tender file Lead EE engagement pla, collaborate with MSL to identify experts Develop/ Adapt Medical materials Evidence generation feasibility plans in collaboration with clinical research teams (if feasible) Support ISS/ SCS and Clinical operations for GSL lead or FSO clinical development programs Be a spokesperson at external scientific events and provide compelling presentations on scientific know how in the field of Respiratory TA. Maintain an open and trustful work environment where constructive feedback is used as a tool to support each individual and provide opportunities to develop and evolve. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: MD, PhD or PharmD with clinical and / or scientific experience in Life Sciences. Team Player Effective leadership; project lead skills Solid planning and organizational skills Excellent presentation and communication skills to represent GSK impactfully during medical, scientific and public meetings Proven educational qualities The ability to quickly acquire specific and detailed knowledge and translate it into strategic plans and medical activities. Strong scientific/analytical and problem solving skills Results and solution orientation Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and/or French and English language Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Medicine/Science field – Respiratory /Immunology field clinical experience or prior work in Pharma is highly recommended Medical knowledge, understanding patient perspectives, public health, experience in managing patient care, having sound judgement in benefit/risk evaluation on safety issues, and working in the healthcare environment are core areas of competences that are essential to the role. Preferably a Medical background and a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment for medicines promotion & scientific communication. Experience as a project lead is a plus. Why GSK?
