Major Duties & Responsibilities ; Manage the Veeva CRM system, and introduce new functionality working with global team Responsible for managing Veeva align system for stable territory alignment and MCCP process Manage the Rep activity dashboard, and communicate with global support team for maintaining the continuous reporting process Regular update the KPIS and sales performance data to dashboard Calculate the sales incentive amount by employee accurately based on Sales ICP Communicate with agency for territory sales target allocation & individual performance tracking process Co-operation with TR team for stable collection of Whole Saler’s sales data Proactively communicate with sales team to improve sales operation process Provide the Monthly sales activity data for monitoring sales effectiveness Drive innovation culture closely work with MCE team Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor or above degree Minimum 5 year-experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales (Preferred) Fluent in English written/oral Excellent understanding level on Sales process Build solid and effective working relationships with colleagues in other departments Professional verbal & written communication skills Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
