<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor ready to move into their first HR Manager opportunity.</p>
<p>You will be an integral part of this growing communications and design agency as the stand alone HR Manager leading all  aspects of people, culture and wellbeing. With a positive and passionate team of creatives you will be encouraged to continue to build an exceptional culture where the people are the heart of the business.  </p>
<p>Whilst leading on all things HR you will be supported by the agency coordinator allowing you to partner with the business and work with the senior management team to deliver effective HR solutions.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have previously worked in SME creative businesses with an entrepreneurial outlook. You will suit a flat structured, fast paced agency environment where everyone has a voice and great ideas come from everyone across the business. You will have CIPD Level 5 as a minimum along with previous HR experience in either  a stand alone or small team set up.</p>
<p>Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home</p>
<p>The company are looking to interview before xmas and would ideally like someone available on either short notice or available immediately to start in the new year.</p>
