Then <strong>YOU</strong> are exactly who I am looking for!</p><p>If you are passionate about working with SEN children and feel that you have the tools required to encourage SEN children to thrive, then this opportunity is your ideal prospect.</p><p>A diverse specialist school that caters for students with special educational needs, including Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and behavioural difficulties, are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team in January 2023.</p><p>Your duties will include 1:1 and group sessions with pupils, in addition to whole class activities, providing you with meaningful time with each child to build a positive and trusting relationship. Behaviour management will be required when challenges occur in the classroom, as well as personal care though you will receive training on this.</p><p>Experience working with SEN children and a good level of understanding of SEN is essential for the role and being competent in working with challenging behaviour is beneficial. This relevant previous experience could include SEN 1:1, helping within an SEN nursery, in a sport setting or in a similar SEN classroom setting etc</p><p>The Role:</p><ul><li>1:1 support for student with additional needs</li><li>Long term contract</li><li>Full time (Monday to Friday)</li><li>Located in Thame</li><li>£70 - £80 per day</li><li>January 2023</li></ul><p>If you would like the opportunity to explore further and find out more, then I would love to talk to you!
