SC QC Assoc Supervisor

Overview Manage key activities associated with: Quality IT Systems SME and primary point of contact for Little Island, Carrigaline and Food Flavours plant. Point of contact for Quality front line support activities for all PGCS sites, R&D and DCs for our suite of Quality IT Systems. Support sustaining of the global integrated Digital Lab & Quality IT systems agenda, including StarLIMS, Stars, Fizz, Trackwise and SAPQM/MII. Support change request management for the full suite of Quality IT Systems. Support the Quality Systems communities for best practice sharing, capability build and training across PGCS sites. Responsibilities Primary Accountabilities: SAPQM global superuser and Quality Systems SME for the Cork sites. NPI inspection plan and certs profiles setups SAPQM/MDG. Complete change requests to Cork inspection plans in line with GCS controls. Support clearance of open posting changes, negative stock, open lots closure in SAPQM. Cork Quality and Labs point of contact for systems enhancements, troubleshooting, sample issues and interface issues. Issue reports and trace checks from our Quality Systems. Manage the GCS documentation for all changes and run GCS Quarterly testing. Support weekly Trackwise migrations and access management. Close liaison with IT teams and plants globally to work together on Quality Systems enhancements and issue management. Support our Systems superusers/communities. Qualifications Essential Criteria: 3rd level qualification in Science or IT Systems. Experience of LIMS, SAPQM and/or Trackwise desirable. Strong project management and change management skills. Systems/ Digital savvy, interest in working with Systems. Proven track record in managing multiple tasks/projects. Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail, especially in working with Quality IT systems.
