DMO Specialist

概述 Overview New role is creating as a part of GBS + MDM China project. GBS + DMD China and D+A DMO Transforamtion teams worked together on the future DMO China design. This role totally alignment with D+A DMO end state vision. Scope of work will move from IBM team (existing IBM share sercive structure). The same role is olready represented in GBS RBS hub as a DMO team and Europe: DMO RBS Coordinator By Domain (L2) Strukova Irina, Popova Yuliya, Yakusheva Anastasiya and DMO Material Data Expert Snacks Europe (L5) Veerle Geraerts, Anna Broda, Olga Pasak accordingly. This role will be part of Marcos Corminas team in a new D+A DMO organization. Responsibilities Level 1 contact for SKU/KU/EU from business and GBS for any queries related to MDM requests Data approver (first and final approval) for all master data requests through all MDM tools (SAP WF, SN and other) to make sure the information is accurate and aligned with all controls and compliance procedures for below processes: Master data maintenance creation/modification/blocking/archiving for: Customers Vendors Materials (direct/indirect/finished goods) Execution of Master Data Quality reports and involving business stakeholders on error correction Data extraction & maintain regular MDM reports through common tools (SharePoint, Teams or other) Conduct regular MDM training programs for end users and GBS teams Drive resolution of issues with data standards or conflicting requirements, working closely with business stakeholders, DMO China Data Manager & DMO China Lead Support business users on troubleshooting data errors and/or clean up data based on data quality reports Qualifications Qualifications: Master data management or related experience, especially in vendor, customer, material master data Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification Experience in service center (preferred) Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies (preferred) Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: Technical experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4, SAP MDG across master data domains. Winshuttle tool preferred but not must have. Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and other) Ability to read and write in English (essential), speaking (preferred) and fluency in Mandarin
