As Office Based Medical Affairs Staff you will be responsible for providing customer support for clinical customers and clinical resupplies at the Helpdesk. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Helpdesk support during daytime hours Participate in deviations and customer complaints and seek resolutions Set up simpler studies in the IRTs with supervision from a Senior IRT Specialist. Implement continuous improvements using independent critical thinking and data analysis Accountable as a primary contact for Helpdesk tickets during working hours and provide RAMOS Classic system support and maintenance Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: High School diploma 2+ years’ experience in IRT or clinical supplies Ability to be on standby to provide support the helpdesk 7 days a week/24 hours per day as needed (confirm this with hiring manager) Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Scientific degree (Clinical supplies or IRT) Ability to problem solve Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Ability to work in a matrix team environment Knowledge of customer service interaction and support Ability to effectively communicate with others Excellent presentation skills Why GSK?
