If you match the described job role and are as excited as we are to have you on-board in the future, please hit the apply button to be a part of our Talent Community.</b><br><br><b>As a member of our talent community, you will be amongst the first to get exclusive news about Baker Hughes, various cool projects we are working on, our employee success stories and new job opportunities you may be interested in.</b><br><br><b>As a Field Service Engineer - Measurement While Drilling (MWD)/Directional Drilling (DD), you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities (mainly Formation Evaluation and Directional Drilling)</li><li>Demonstrate Knowledge over Wellbore Placement</li><li>Demonstrate Knowledge over Collision Avoidance Practices and relation with MWD Activities</li><li>Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.</li><li>Successfully complete advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs.</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site.</li><li>Demonstrate Knowledge over Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations</li><li>Ability to supervise good practices for Borehole Assembly (BHA) Handling and making up</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of activities/technologies related to well construction like Hydraulic Expandable Reamers, Circulation Sub</li><li>Ability to work well and communicate well with others. </li></ul><br><br><b> Role purpose </b><br><ul><li>Under general supervision provides resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.</li><li>Exercises judgment to determine the appropriate action/troubleshooting at the well site by relying upon hands on experience and classroom-based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. </li><li> Responsible for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintaining when appropriate.</li><li>Executes other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li> Have at least Diploma </li><li> Demonstrate 5 years oilfield experience </li><li> Have a minimum 2 years of experience in Well Construction or Drilling Services Field Operations </li><li> Have good communication in English </li></ul><br><br><b>*Please remember that joining the Talent Community is not an application for any specific job at Baker Hughes but to have the privilege of being considered for an opportunity that suits your profile on priority.</b><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
