PLANT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

<b> IRC221602 - PLANT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b> Plant Operations Superintendent (POS) </b> to join our<b> Blacktip Operations </b> within <b>Eni Australia</b> in the <b>Northern Territory, Australia</b> . The POS is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all field production facilities including the Offshore Well Head Platform, Gas Export Pipeline, Onshore Gas Plant and Condensate Single Point Mooring Buoy. <br> <br> The POS will directly coordinate and supervise a team of plant operators being responsible for training and supervision of employees through Competency Based Training Assessments (CBTA), scheduling work, checking quality of work, conducting performance appraisals, and handling disciplinary matters . In addition to frontline operations staff, the POS will also be responsible for the catering team, medic and HSE Advisor whilst on shift. <br><br><b> As the Plant Operations Superintendent at the Yelcherr Gas Plant your will be required to: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the facility both offshore and onshore ensuring that HSE standards and proper operating parameters and techniques are maintained. </li> <li> Manage on-site production activities along with safety, maintenance, production planning, and quality control activities to obtain optimal use of employee and equipment resources to ensure production targets are met </li> <li> Review and analyses production operations & maintenance issues related with production shortfalls providing solutions and implementation paths. </li> <li> Manage and leads the Blacktip Field Emergency Response Plan as the Emergency Commander (EC) </li> <li> Review MOC's provided by engineering and provides Functional Approval. </li> <li> Communicate and coordinates with engineering group to modify plant and equipment process parameters to improve production and maintain the safety aspects of operations. </li> <li> Maintain operation of the plant through inspection, trouble shooting, coordinating shutdowns. </li> <li> Coordinate the preparation distribution of Daily Production Reports </li> <li> Maintain a strong working relationship with the customer. </li> <li> Report to external regulators and stakeholders as required. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Technical diploma, degree, or significant experience in similar role. </li> <li> 10+ years' experience in oil and gas or complex process operating facilities. </li> <li> Experience in production operations such as plant management, plant prod optimisation, maintenance management, pipeline operations, power plant operations, operation/maintenance supervisory, logistic planning. </li> <li> Familiarity with land and offshore transportation management. </li> <li> HSEQ including Local/National and International Standard and Codes. </li> <li> Experience in Safety Case Regime. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Site Based in the Norther Territory, Australia on a 2-2-2-4 roster. <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Permanent <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
