Job Description Job Description Job Details Posting Job Title Senior Test Automation Engineer Job Purpose The Senior Test Automation Engineer role , position offers an exciting opportunity to help support our enterprise claims processing system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Analyzing user needs and test software solutions using agile methodology Responsibility 2 Creating test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data Responsibility 3 Leading co-ordination and execution of release testing as appropriate to determine time estimates and schedules for testing efforts Responsibility 4 Maintaining automation code in DevOps with version control Responsibility 5 Developing, test automation scripts from scratch and maintain/update frameworks as needed Responsibility 6 Defining Release Test Plans and criteria for user acceptance including entry/exit criteria Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Minimum 8 years of Automation lead experience as working neutrally as well as work collaboratively in a team environment Requirement 2 Experience in Java, Selenium and Cucumber is a MUST Requirement 3 Develop code for quality automation and ensuring extensive unit test coverage of the code Requirement 4 Minimum 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of software development life cycle(s) (SDLC). Requirement 5 Demonstrate Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry Claims processing, MMIS, ICD 9/10, Medicare, or Medicaid. Requirement 6 Demonstrate Extensive experience in Test Management tools like TFS and Jira and for test management, Xray and Azure DevOps (VSTS) Requirement 7 Hands on experience in Excel and Status Reports.
